Since you are not going to be available during normal business hours, when 95% of the work is done you will need to apply everywhere to find someone to take you.    Expect to have to pay monthly for the position as well.

You will be almost impossible to train, as you are not available when the banks are working (9-5), the title offices, the inspectors or appraisers.    

I am not even sure how you would manage to close a loan not being available unless you are allowed to leave your other job at a moments notice.</description>
