I finish the Real Estate Sale person course and pass the exams. Now I need to find a broker.
What is the best way to start?
Now I am interested in more training and less expenses.

What is the difference between Real Estate tax and regular tax on a house?

Why is the real estate tax higher? Why do I have to pay real estate tax? I’m inheriting my grandmothers house. Is there any reason why I can’t pay regular tax? What are the laws about this in Manatee county, FL? Sources?

I have recently found a very old a grey National Savings Investment Account booklet with quite a bit of money it which hasn’t been touched since 1989. The post office were remarkably unhelpful and just gave me a booklet on applying for a current investments account.
