How do I cash in money from a grey National savings Investments account?

I have recently found a very old a grey National Savings Investment Account booklet with quite a bit of money it which hasn’t been touched since 1989. The post office were remarkably unhelpful and just gave me a booklet on applying for a current investments account.

How do you find various characteristics of a mortgage?

I need to know how to calculate the value of a mortgage from the asking price when you pay a 15% down payment. I also need to know, given a 3.5%/year interest rate over 15 years, how to calculate the equivalent interest rate per month and the monthly mortgage payment

Where can I work as real estate agent but also get training on loans?

I need to know how to calculate the value of a mortgage from the asking price when you pay a 15% down payment. I also need to know, given a 3.5%/year interest rate over 15 years, how to calculate the equivalent interest rate per month and the monthly mortgage payment
